(CPIM ,CSCP,CLTD) My Answer would be -   YES !!! .  So Now Talk about HOW!!!  ASCM never made it mandatory for membership fee it is just an optional either you can take or not that has nothing to do with your certification exam , Yes it might give you discount once you purchase other stuff from ASCM. So my suggestion would be to spend on Membership fee.. because you get a lot of things like lot of Supply chain related webinar , Every year two time career fair Entrance and a lot of other study contents also .  Major Expenses of this certification is if you take any Instructor led program and other program and study material.. Here you can save your Money. I will advise to Invest first in EXAM Content Manual if you are not member, if you are member you can download it free.  ASCM will never ask any sin
